Xiaopu is the first nomadic winery in China, established in 2017 by ex-sommelier and wine maker Ian Dai. Since its first Ningxia wine Gathering, Xiaopu now works with grape growers in six terroirs to produce natural-style wines.
Xiaopu wines are product of the nature, and we hope to make wines in a sustainable way, with respect to the land and the people.
We hope to spread seeds of slow wine philosophy to make the process from planting to fermenting more fair and friendly to the land, farmers and workers.
