Vyne brings in a variety of boutique wines direct from established and reputable wineries around the world. We also source a select number of wines from other importers for all to try.
All of Vyne wines imported or distributed are 100% genuine, working directly with wineries.

Vyne delivers to all shippable states in West Malaysia - Vyne does not ship to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
Vyne customers may track their order and order status by contacting us directly via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outstation orders are able to track their deliveries using the tracking number generated by our courier partner and status can be seen through tracking link sent via email.
Deliveries are currently carried out by our dispatch team until further notice, subject to working with local courier services to discuss the best last-mile solution.

If you have a VYNE account, you may change your shipping address in your settings. If you’ve already placed an order and would like to change the address, its best to contact us at email@example.com and we’ll make sure that your revised shipping address is done.

Wines are packed in a specially made wine-friendly box in either 2 of 3 bottles per box.
Vyne practices eco-friendly initiatives therefore our receipts are sent only via email. Only a packing list which states what wines are packed in the box.
