Where is Vyne based?

We are based in Malaysia with a warehouse in Klang, Selangor.

We operate exclusively online only with deliveries across West and East Malaysia.

Do you have a physical store?

No.

Vyne is an e-commerce wine retailer.

At the moment, we operate exclusively online to offer you the best selection and convenience.

What are your customer service hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding weekends & public holidays.

Yes we do.

Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your preferred products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

The tracking number will then be sent to either your email or WhatsApp once we have shipped out your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • FPX Online Banking (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, etc.)
  • E-Wallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Atome Buy Now Pay Later
Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We will review any modifications or cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer bulk purchases or corporate orders?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across West Malaysia, and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

NO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.

What courier service are you using?

We are currently using Lalamove & Pos Malaysia for deliveries.

Note: Lalamove will only be used when same day delivery is chosen at checkout.

T&C applies.

What are the shipping rates?

Klang Valley: RM15 (Free for orders above RM200)

Klang Valley - SAME DAY DELIVERY: RM20 (not available during weekends & public holidays)

Outstation (West Malaysia): RM20 (Free for orders above RM600)

East Malaysia: RM100 (Free for orders above RM1000)

When will I receive my order?
  • Klang Valley: 1-2 working days
  • Outstation (West Malaysia): 3-5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5-7 working days

NOTE: Delivery times are estimates only and subject to change due to courier load and demands.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

No.

We do not allow specific delivery times as this is entirely dependent on the courier.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please drop us a message within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging via one of the channels below:

Can I return or exchange my item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Please ensure your selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds unless there is an issue with product quality or incorrect delivery.

Any refund requests will be reviewed individually.

Wine Storage & Recommendations
How should I store my wine?

To maintain wine quality, store your bottles:

  • In a cool, dark place (ideally 12-18°C)
  • Horizontally (for cork-sealed bottles)
  • Away from direct sunlight & heat.
