We currently deliver across West Malaysia, and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
NO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.
We are currently using Lalamove for Klang Valley orders, and DHL for outstation orders.
Klang Valley: RM15 (Free for orders above RM200)
Outstation (West Malaysia): RM20 (Free for orders above RM600)
East Malaysia: RM80 (Free for orders above RM1000) (Subject to availability)
We currently do not offer scheduled deliveries, as this entirely depends on the rider assigned.
However, you can leave a note at checkout and we shall do our best to accommodate your request.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email hello@vyne.my or drop us a message via WhatsApp at +6016-3300714 within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and assist on a case-by-case basis.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.
