We aim to make wine shopping easy, convenient, and enjoyable, delivering quality bottles right to your doorstep.

Where is Vyne based?

We are based in Malaysia with a warehouse in Klang, and currently operate exclusively online only with deliveries across West and East Malaysia.

Do you have a physical store?

No.

Vyne is an e-commerce wine retailer.

At the moment, we operate exclusively online to offer you the best selection and convenience.

What are your customer service hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, excluding weekends & public holidays.

Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your preferred wines, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • FPX Online Banking (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, etc.)
  • E-Wallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer (Contact Us)

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We will review any modifications or cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?

West Malaysia, & East Malaysia (Sabah, Labuan & Sarawak).

NO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.

What courier service are you using?

We are currently using Lalamove for Klang Valley orders, and DHL for outstation orders.

What are the shipping rates?

Klang Valley: RM15 (Free for orders above RM200)

Outstation (West Malaysia): RM20 (Free for orders above RM600)

East Malaysia: RM80 (Free for orders above RM1000) (Subject to availability)

When will I receive my order?
  • Klang Valley: 1-2 working days
  • Outstation (West Malaysia): 3-5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 7-10 working days
  • No deliveries on Weekends & Public Holidays
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

No, we do not offer scheduled deliveries as this entirely depends on the rider assigned.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please drop us a message within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging via one of the channels below:

Can I return or exchange my item?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Please ensure your selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds unless there is an issue with product quality or incorrect delivery.

All purchases are final and any refund requests will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.

How should I store my wine?

To maintain wine quality, store your bottles:

  • In a cool, dark place (ideally 12-18°C)
  • Horizontally (for cork-sealed bottles)
  • Away from direct sunlight & heat
