Xiao Pu Tangerine Dream Before Midnight 2022

The Tangerine Dream is a sub-series produced by Xiao Pu, which includes our orange wines and rosé. In Xiao Pu’s understanding of the wine world, orange wine and deeply colored rosé represent an exploration of unknown territories — a little-known but highly enticing new realm.

Natural-style winemakers around the world are bravely moving forward. With gentler acidity and more solid structure, they open up combinations of different flavors and textures, taking wine from the dinner table to afternoon picnics and nighttime barbecues. 

The previous version of the Before trilogy consisted of Chardonnay (Before Sunrise), Riesling (Before Sunset), and Petit Manseng (Before Midnight). The Chardonnay expressed a restrained style, the Riesling was more aromatic, and the Petit Manseng was rich and full-bodied.

Before Midnight is made from Viognier, with a more expansive structure and flavors of locust flower, apricot, and peach jam.
