The Before trilogy is inspired by the film of the same name: Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, and Before Midnight.
The label design is inspired by the colors of the sky. From midnight blue, to midday orange, to dusk red, the sky's colors gradually change over time, repeating a cycle.
Before Sunset: A wine with a well-structured, sharp, and full-bodied acidity. The palate offers oolong tea, apricot, star fruit, candied fruit, and a hint of basil. It's a wine that will age well in bottle.
