West Cork Bourbon Cask Matured Irish Whiskey is a delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) Irish whiskey matured in first fill bourbon casks.

It is a smooth and balanced whiskey, and the taste is one of malt, lingering sweetness, citrus, apple and nutmeg. It is bottled at 40%.
