This Yuzushu is no exception. Crafted using the same process that has made Umenoyado's umeshu famous, it replaces ume plum with natural Japanese Yuzu fruit, native to the heart of Japan. With an aroma that harmoniously balances zesty lemons and sweet oranges, this saké unveils a crisper, more invigorating bouquet. Pair that with its rich flavor and mellow textures, and you have a drink that can be savored on its own with ice or serves as the perfect base for delightful cocktail creations!
