    IKKOMON is a unique, 100% imo shochu crafted with imo koji instead of the usual rice koji. This process allows IKKOMON to capture the essence of Koganesengan sweet potatoes.

     

    As a honkaku shochu, IKKOMON is made entirely from Koganesengan, the most popular sweet potato in Kagoshima prefecture.

     

    Renowned for its sweet fragrance, smooth palate, and complex flavors reminiscent of chestnuts and dried flowers, this shochu offers a sweet and delectable taste.

    We can’t promise exact time slots (we wish we could..Malaysia rains alot and traffic can be unpredictable)
