ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Campo Base “Il Giorno” is a pure Sangiovese, vinified entirely through spontaneous fermentation. 

 

A brilliant, transparent ruby red in color, with lively reflections. The nose reveals crisp cherry, pomegranate, wild strawberries, and wildflowers, with hints of white pepper and aromatic herbs.

 

The palate is agile, juicy, and radiant, with silky tannins and an inviting freshness that prolongs the finish. A vibrant and savory finish, with hints of red fruit and citrus.

 

A sunny, expressive, and free wine: the joy of a hug at the end of the harvest, the desire to toast with friends.
