This papaya Pickle is crafted with nostalgia in mind. It is flavoured with tangerine peels, orange slices and a dash of chilli flakes.

The combination result in a nice citrus and refreshing taste that is suitable as an appetiser, in salads or to be enjoyed as a snack or as a garnish for your fancy cocktails or mock-tails.
