Pepin Blanc NV

Blossoming spring in a bottle. Fresh and taut, full of white flower and zesty citrus, as well as some white peach, and white pepper notes.

The palate is dry, and lively with good acidity and a mineral, saline finish. Delightful and savoury, will work wonders as an aperitif. 

Pépin is the negoce project of the Achillée family, working closely with several small Alsatian vinegrowers. It's made up of all friends who have each been working organically for many years.

The collaboration runs right through from grape growing to vinification, with the aim to make great natural wines at accessible prices.
