The GT, meaning “Garrut” (aka Monastrell or Mourvèdre), is a territorial Spanish natural red wine obtained from the almost lost and forgotten local Catalunya variety Garrut.
After spontaneous fermentation and extended skin contact it rests in steel before being bottled with no fining, filtration or added SO2.
This wine is ragingly vibrant and deeply multi-faceted: Tannic and herbaceous notes on plums marmalade, cinnamon, liquorice and pomegranate juice.
