Maxime Crotet did a semi-carbonic maceration of about 20 days with some light pumping over and 2 foot treading to extract the colour, you could almost call it an infusion.

The result is a wine where you can really feel the terroir of Nuits Saint Georges.

Very delicate with a nice tension on the finish.
