Kiyosuzakura Aichi Craft Whisky Kiyosu

Aichi Craft Whiskey Kiyos, a Japanese whiskey distilled in Kiyosu City, Aichi Prefecture, is a well-balanced blend of malts and grains that have been carefully aged for 5 years using the fragrant sake yeast unique to sake breweries . 

By post-ripening a portion of the malt whiskey in scotch barrels, it gives a sweet scent like vanilla and a complex and thick body.
