Joan Rubio Deix Xarel-lo 2022

Joan Rubió is a romantic but, most importantly, he is a winegrower who is faithful to his origins and beliefs. 

A natural, still, white wine from Catalonia, Spain, made from 100% Xarel-lo grapes. It's characterized by its light and crispy style, and is aged for 6 months in 500-liter oak barrels under a "flor" (a layer of yeast).

The wine is known for its fresh and crispy profile, with notes of citrus, honey, and minerals.
