ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The grapes come from all their parcels and were destemmed and left with the skins for 24 hours before the must was drained off and fermented without the addition of sulfur.

However, a small amount of sulfur was added before bottling to ensure stability. The fermentation proceeded spontaneously, resulting in a full-bodied and intense rosato with 13% alcohol and an acidity of 6.1 g/L.

We recommend enjoying the wine slightly chilled - 14 degrees - where it best shows its fine complexity and texture.

It is ready to drink now, but we also believe it can develop beautifully with some time in the cellar.
