ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Pure Pinot Noir from Savigny-lès-Beaune vinified in Henri Chauvet's Auvergne cellar, this bottling bridges Burgundian fruit with volcanic-region sensibility. Serve at 14-16°C decanting 15-20 minutes opens the aromatics.

 

Clear ruby with garnet reflections. Aromas of fresh cherry, black currant, and subtle forest floor notes.

 

The palate is fluid and balanced, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, delicate red fruit, and a persistent finish. Good aging potential despite its immediate accessibility. 

 

Pairs beautifully with beef stew.
