ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Serious old vines, zero attitude. This bottle is an old vine Carignan, organically farmed in La Livinière near the Minervois. Delicate red fruit with a warm burst of sunshine running through it. Whole bunches soak for three weeks in stainless steel, a splash of direct-press juice for lift, then 18 months in old 228L barrels.

Tannins are rich but soft, more velvet than grip. Pour it for a long lunch or golden-hour drinks, the kind of red that makes you settle in.
