A brilliant pale straw hue, tinged with green edges, presents a refreshing appearance.

The nose displays pronounced intensity, featuring top notes of red apples and lime juice infused with honeysuckle. Subsequent hints of quince, orange blossom, and mineral nuances add complexity.

Slightly more concentrated than the Bernkasteler Lay, the palate delivers fresh red apple and lime flavors merging with honeysuckle, subtle quince, and mineral infusions. 

The off-dry finish is accompanied by a lively bite of acidity. The medium to long conclusion reveals lingering notes of red apples, lime, honeysuckle, and citrusy mineral elements.
