Gin d'Azur

Launched in 2019, Gin d'Azur is produced at the family-run Distillerie Merlet in Saint Savaunt, Cognac.

With an aim to capture the essence of the Cote d'Azur and the native floral or the French Riviera, Gin d'Azur features native botanicals.

Each of the botanicals is distilled separately to achieve the ideal conditions for their respective distillation, before being blended.

The final touch is the subtle addition of 'sel de Camargue' - salt from the Camargue salt flats in the South of France.
