A homage to the great Sauvignon blanc's produced in this country! We wont deny it, we love Sauvignon blanc and we hope this reflects in our take at a pure expression of what our region can produce.

 

Barrel fermented with full malolactic fermentation from super vineyard sites in the heart of Piccadilly as well as a new site in Balhannah. Never underestimate this variety.
