A compelling red wine, known for its fruity and easily digestible qualities, presents an inviting bouquet of black cherries.

 

The palate is indulgent, offering a juicy and supple experience with very soft tannins providing structure, leading to a slightly peppery finish. 

 

Best enjoyed when served chilled, it pairs exceptionally well with wild boar rillette, duck breast, or Portuguese-style grills. Certainly, a red wine worthy of inclusion in any cellar.
