100% Chardonnay, organically grown on clay-limestone soils in northern Mâconnais, sourced from the villages of Péronne, Uchizy, and Saône.
Hand-harvested and gently pressed, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and malolactic conversion in stainless steel tanks, followed by 10 months of maturation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal SO₂ added (<20ppm).
