The nose reveals a slightly animalistic note, subtle and restrained. Nuances of licorice, violets, and a hint of pepper are also present.

On the palate, the wine is surprisingly elegant and cool. The typical tannins are perceptible, but far removed from the harshness of the classic Piedmontese style.

We strongly recommend tasting this exotic wine to understand why some grapevines have taken root in the Palatinate soil.
