A Blanc de Blancs that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Champagne, made with Chardonnay grapes from Premier Cru vineyards.

 

The Pierre Baillette winery is located in the municipality of Trois Puits, in the Montagne de Reims. 

 

On the nose, floral and fruity aromas are accompanied by notes of brioche reminiscent of the long lees aging. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights.

 

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, balanced, and mineral, with a fine and persistent perlage.
