Bodega Tandem Inmune 2023

A deep red mountain wine with a purple rim, showcasing intense black fruit aromas with hints of thyme, rosemary, and wild herbs. Fresh, broad, and savoury on the palate, it offers a smooth texture and a long finish.

Tandem follows a sustainable, minimal-intervention approach, using only natural treatments and dry-farming to enhance grape concentration. Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes undergo cold maceration and a gentle 10-day fermentation in stainless steel. 

Aged for 24 months in concrete vats with natural clarification, the wine is bottled by gravity with minimal filtration, preserving its pure expression.
