Domaine Achillee's Cuvee Hesperide is made from a 7-day maceration of Gewurztraminer grapes.
The estate has been run using organic methods (ecocert) since 1999 and biodynamic methods (demeter) since 2003. And why yarrow? Yarrow (pronounced akile) is a plant used in biodynamic preparations to regulate potassium intake.

The nose reveals delicious notes of candied pineapple, candied citrus, exotic fruit and a hint of smoke.
