Pepin, the negociant project of Domaine Achillée.

These wines are natural, farmed organically, harvested by hand, with no additives, only indigenous yeasts, fermented naturally, and just a tiny bit of sulphur added before bottling.

Made by independent winemakers from Achillée's network, lending these winemakers a platform to make wines, so the blending and grape varieties may change year by year, with grapes from outside France sometimes.
