PARTIDA CREUS BB BOBAL 2020
A robust, herbal red made from the native Spanish red grape known as Bobal, giving you touches of bell peppery tones like a Cabernet Franc and baking spice with dark cherry fruit. The fruit from this bottling is sourced from a practicing organic vineyard in Penedes. Like all the Partida Creus wines it is fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without fining and filtering.
BEYOND THE GLASS SALEM FUMING BLANC 2022
The fruit is from Taungurung Country (Heathcote), grown lovingly at Humis Vineyard and Merindoc Estate. It spent two weeks on skins with daily pumpovers before being pressed to barrel for a 7 month relax. Named in honour of Percy, a goofy boi, guard dog, heart thief.
LA STOPPA TREBBIOLO 2021
This is an inviting wine, highly drinkable, suitable for daily consumption. With a dark ruby color, the nose offers hints of juicy fresh plums and black currants, which return to the palate with surprising softness balanced by adequate acidity. A wine that testifies to respect for the tradition linked to local cuisine, free-range and tasty.
