A rare blend from Vézelay, northern Burgundy, where the ancient César grape—legend says introduced by Julius Caesar—meets the noble Pinot Noir. Grown in the Ermitage parcel, César adds deep, dark fruit and firm tannins, while Pinot Noir brings freshness and elegance.
