As a honkaku shochu, IKKOMON is made entirely from Koganesengan, the most popular sweet potato in Kagoshima prefecture. Renowned for its sweet fragrance, smooth palate, and complex flavors reminiscent of chestnuts and dried flowers, this shochu offers a sweet and delectable taste.
