Inspired by the Latin word casualis—meaning accidental or lucky—this wine is a delightful find from a stunning vineyard.
Tandem follows a sustainable, minimal-intervention approach, using only natural treatments and dry-farming to enhance grape concentration. Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes undergo cold maceration and a gentle 10-day fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 24 months in concrete vats with natural clarification, the wine is bottled by gravity with minimal filtration, preserving its pure expression.
