The olives are grown organically in Ciu Ciu's nutrient-rich and sustainable farm. This bottle of extra virgin Olive Oil is from the first press of olives produced and has an amazing aroma of fruity, grassy flavour and notes of forest, artichoke, almond, and tomatoes. The sweetness comes through after a light spicy aftertaste, which can be rather peppery. A true telling of the kind of farming Ciu Ciu takes pride and emphasis in.
