The fruit is from Taungurung Country (Heathcote), grown lovingly at Humis Vineyard and Merindoc Estate. It spent two weeks on skins with daily pumpovers before being pressed to barrel for a 7 month relax. Named in honour of Percy, a goofy boi, guard dog, heart thief.
This bottle proudly showcases a fruity center and delightful hints of spiciness, much like the experience of savoring a raspberry cordial complemented by a cinnamon stick.
