Partida Creus Vinyater is a lively sip of nature, crafted from 60-year-old Vinyater vines nestled in clayey-calcareous soils. Hand-harvested for that personal touch, the grapes embark on a unique journey. A pneumatic press does the delicate work, no destemming allowed. Fermentation kicks off with native yeasts, creating a dance of flavors in stainless steel at a cool 15-18ÂșC.
Spontaneous malolactic fermentation adds its magic, and after a sulfur-free siesta, it relaxes with its fine lees in stainless steel for three months before bottling. This wine? A wild ride from vine to bottle!
