Bianka and Daniel Schmitt's FKK Rosé is a product of their biodynamic vineyards. They carefully hand-pick the grapes, gently press them, and allow a brief rest before fermentation with wild yeasts. The wine matures in fiberglass tanks without any racking.
This lovely rosé has a touch of sediment and greets you with scents of red berries, yeast, and a hint of citrus zest. It's fresh, flavourful, and easy-drinking, but far from ordinary. Enjoy it well-chilled with antipasti or charcuterie.
