TN stands for Tinto Natural and is Antonella and Massimo’s daily red, a freshly inspiring and rather irresistible natural wine from Catalunya’s Penedes region.
It’s a blend of Tempranillo, Sumoll and Bobal wildly fermented in steel with about 10 days of maceration, followed by elevage in old wood and bottling with no degrading fining, filtration or added SO2.
