Take time to swirl this Shiraz in the glass to really appreciate its rich, red scarlet hue. Breathe deep and experience plums plucked fresh off the tree, a touch of violet, red cherries, spice and a savoury aromatic edge. In the glass, the fruit sings and it’s delightfully in tune. A chorus of blueberries, cherries and dark chocolate is followed by a spicy finale. There’s a touch of American oak to be found and the tannins are like crawling into freshly washed silk sheets.
