Made from native grapes, Pecorino and Passerina, excellently blended with the Trebbiano characterize this wine which is best consumed while it is still young. The colour is a pale straw-yellow with greenish hues that emphasize its vitality and freshness
CIU CIU 'LACRIMA' D.O.P 2020
Lacrima grapes, produced using modern techniques, are the basis of this intense red wine with purple hues and a bouquet of woodland fruits and plenty of floral aromas. It's medium-bodied and medium tannins work in harmony with the freshness of the wine's flavour and taste. Great for pairing light stews, earthy salads and hardy cheese!
CIU CIU 'SAN CARRO' I.G.P 2021
Bold wine with a dark red color. Full-bodied, in taste - nose of ripe cherries, red fruit and strawberries and touch of fungi. As soon as the wine hits your tongue you taste the wonderful balance and complexity that this wine brings. Excellent wines for punchy, and heavy flavoured Chinese cuisines.
