A sparkling wine with a full straw yellow colour tending towards golden, with finely grained and persistent bubbles.
On the nose it releases an intense fragrance typical of the Malvasia di Candia grape variety: aromas of apricot , yellow peach, candied citrus as well as floral and herbal notes such as sage. In the mouth it is sweet but at the same time fresh and well-balanced.
It pairs perfectly with super delicious chocolates, desserts, or Christmas desserts like panettone and sticky date pudding! Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C or super super chilled/cold.
