This is a full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc and definitely not your basic white wine. Macerated for 9 months with its skins, this Mansano falls in the orange category with a lovely pale gold look. It is packed with citrus, peach, floral flavours, and nose full of spices with hints of herds. Bright, refreshing, & funky, making it a very enjoyable wine.
