Saperavi makes a dark and earthy red wine.
The wine is fermented and aged in typical Georgian clay vessels called QVEVERI. Inky purple in colour, deep black and blue fruits and tart berries on the palate, savoury mushroom umami, and gentle, chalky tannins.
Unrefined and unfiltered with no SO2 added.
