A blend of Chinuri (30%), Goruli Mtsvane (30%), Danakharuli (20%), Tavkveri (10%) and Shavkapito (10%), the grapes were pressed and co-fermented without skin contact in stainless steel tanks and aged for 8 months in tank before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with zero sulphur.
Very pale cherry red with no sediment. On the nose, light watermelon, pomegranate and delicate spice.
The body is very light, with juicy red cherry fruit and light watermelon notes, zingy acidity and a slightly salty minerality.
